Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. We will make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

 

We ship all items from the United Kingdom and aim to dispatch within three business days of receiving the order. There are various options such as international standard service (not tracked), tracked and signing on delivery. You can select your prefered option at check out. Depending on your location, some items may take 3-4 weeks maximum to arrive.

 

Shipping prices are automatically calculated in your shopping cart and they vary depending on weight, parcel type and region. 

 

Don't forget to check your custom duty or import charges if applicable - all products shipped from the United Kingdom.

 

Products are shipped in eco-friendly mailing bags, please re-use or recycle!
